1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and accessing the MedBiz platform, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you are advised to discontinue the use of our services.

2. Account Registration

• You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your business.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• MedBiz will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your password.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

MedBiz operates on a prepaid subscription model. Our services will be provided based on the specific plan you have selected and paid for.

• All payments are non-refundable once processed, except in cases where a technical error occurs on our end.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if your subscription expires and no renewal payment is made.
• We may modify the pricing of our subscription plans, but we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before any price changes take effect.

4. Data Ownership

All data you input into our system (e.g., customer names, sales records, employee details) remains entirely the property of your business. MedBiz claims only the right to store and process this data for the purpose of providing our services to you.

At any time you decide to discontinue using MedBiz, you are permitted to export your data before closing your account.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this platform for any of the following activities:

• Storing or distributing any content that violates local, national, or international laws.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt the system, or introduce malware and viruses into our platform.
• Using our platform to engage in fraud, deception, or any terrorism-related activities.

6. System Uptime & Availability

We make every effort to ensure the system is available 99.9% of the time. However, the system may occasionally experience downtime during scheduled maintenance or due to network challenges beyond our reasonable control.

7. Modifications to the Terms

MedBiz reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify all active clients via email when significant changes are implemented.
